Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and billing information.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent hospital readmissions and improve patient outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices and guidelines in physical therapy.
