• Customer service experience in retail or service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Complete clerical duties and data entry to support lab operations.
• Perform order entry, result look-up, and report generation.
• Answer internal/external calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensure correct patient identification and proper specimen handling.
