Qualifications

• Completion of a formal phlebotomy program or 3–4 years of phlebotomy experience.

• Knowledge of specimen integrity guidelines and test terminology.

Responsibilities

• Collect quality specimens through venipuncture and other procedures.
• Educate patients and laboratory clients on proper test protocols.
• Prepare and handle specimens for lab analysis and ensure proper labeling and transport.
