• Answers phone calls and provides information in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitors specimen integrity and ensures proper documentation.
• Adheres to safety standards dictated by the hospital and regulatory agencies.
• Participates in continuing education and supports infection control policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by laboratory leadership.
