Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service in a respectful manner.
• Draw blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for testing.
• Enter orders, look up results, generate reports, and answer calls.
• Identify patients accurately and ensure safety in specimen collection.
• Perform clerical duties such as inventory checks and answering phones.
