Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Kedplas­ma donor center in Atlanta. You will perform venipuncture, assist with plasmapheresis, and guide donors through the donation process with a focus on safety and comfort.

You will uphold SOPs, maintain a welcoming environment, and collaborate with a team dedicated to quality and donor care. Some states require phlebotomy certification; at least 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience or certification preferred; required in some states.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills; ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment with bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Educate donors about the donation process and center policies.
• Perform venipuncture procedures and monitor donors during plasmapheresis.
• Maintain equipment and assist with daily operations and cleanliness.
• Record donor data accurately and respond to any donor concerns or adverse events.
• Support donor flow and assist with audits and regulatory compliance.
