Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect blood samples with precision in a fast-paced Oregon clinic. You will label specimens, ensure sample integrity, and contribute to a positive patient experience while supporting a range of clinic tasks.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 6 months phlebotomy experience or training, and BLS/CPR certification; CPT and IV certs are preferred. Some travel to other clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience or completion of formal training.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• CPT certification preferred.
• IV certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Associate degree in a medical field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee phlebotomy duties including blood draws with accuracy.
• Label samples correctly and ensure specimen integrity.
• Assist with clinical tasks and front desk duties as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
• Cross-train to cover multiple clinic areas.
• Interact professionally with patients and staff.
