Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone channels.
• Assist with basic inventory tasks and regulatory compliance as directed.
• Willingness to travel between stores in the market to support operations.
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations and CVS SOPs to protect patient privacy and safety.
