Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering efficient and compassionate patient care at our retail locations. You will help process prescriptions, assist customers, and follow SOPs to ensure safety and accuracy in every interaction.

Responsibilities include supporting immunization services where permitted, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a reliable team member to improve patient experiences and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure rules.
• Experience as Pharmacy Technician in retail or pharmacy setting is preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment and assist patients.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment and patient services.
• Provide empathetic customer service and resolve patient questions.
• Support immunization services where allowed by law and training.
