Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service across CVS stores. You will work under a Pharmacy Manager to complete required training and meet state licensing requirements while maintaining compliance with SOPs and privacy standards.

You will assist with inventory, immunization support when permitted, and flexible scheduling to support patient care across the market.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including licensure/certification
• Minimum age 16 if not mandated
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists
• Fulfill prescriptions safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Deliver empathetic, patient-centered service at pick-up, drive-thru, and by phone
• Conduct basic inventory tasks and assist leadership with stock control
• Collaborate with a high-performing team and stay flexible for scheduling across stores
• Travel to stores in the market to meet business needs as required
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and privacy requirements
• Offer additional health services where trained and permitted by law
