Job summary

Senior Community Care is seeking Personal Caregivers to provide hands-on support to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes and community.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals, while offering companionship and emotional support. Working within our PACE interdisciplinary team, you will observe changes, follow individualized care plans, and uphold dignity and infection control.

Qualifications

• Hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals.
• Ability to observe changes in participants' conditions and report to the care team.
• Commitment to infection control and upholding dignity and respect.
