Qualifications

Provide unskilled personal care services and homemaking as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide unskilled personal care services and homemaking to patients.
Accompany or drive patients to physician/clinics.
Assist with bathing, skin care, hair care, toileting, dressing, shaving, nail care, mouth care.
Perform housekeeping tasks including meals, laundry, dishes, and grocery shopping.
Report safety concerns to staffing director and document services on time sheets.
