Job summary

Human Touch Home Care in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to support clients at home, delivering unskilled personal care and homemaking services.

The role includes transporting clients, assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, and reporting any concerns to the staffing director. Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations and other documents.
• Requires personal transportation and valid state driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide unskilled personal care and homemaking services to clients.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and daily living activities.
• Assist with transport to physician visits and appointments as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal prep and shopping.
• Document services accurately and communicate any concerns to staff.
