SYNERGY HomeCare of Conover is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in Conover, NC. This PRN role focuses on non-medical, one-on-one care to help clients live safely and independently at home.

You’ll provide bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and promote safety and dignity. We offer hourly pay, flexible schedules, paid orientation, overtime, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Non-medical, one-on-one care for clients at home.
• Must be compassionate, dependable, honest and trustworthy.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
