Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Conover is seeking dependable Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide non-medical home care on a PRN weekend basis in clients' homes across the Conover area.

You will assist with activities of daily living, offer companionship, prepare meals, and help with light housekeeping and transportation. Background check is required; CNA certification is welcomed but not mandatory, and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Weekend availability required.
• Previous caregiving, PCA, CNA, or home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with errands, transportation, and community outings as assigned.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and office staff.
• Deliver reliable, compassionate, and person-centered care.
