Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Conover is seeking dependable Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) for PRN weekend shifts in the Conover area of North Carolina. You’ll provide compassionate non-medical care in clients’ homes, including help with daily tasks and emotional support.

Pay ranges from $15.50 to $21.00 per hour, with overtime and holiday pay; compensation reflects experience, qualifications, and care level. Weekend availability is essential for this PRN position.

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Weekend availability required.
• Non-medical home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with errands, transportation, and community outings as assigned.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
