You will provide compassionate, non-medical support with activities of daily living, meal assistance, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team to support residents in a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• PCA / PSS Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Direct care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Plan, prepare and assist with meals as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health status.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and families.
• Collaborate with care team on individualized care plans.
