Wallick Senior Living is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (Caregiver) at Oakleaf Village, 4220 North Holland Sylvania Rd., Toledo, Ohio. This full-time position runs 3pm-11pm and pays $16/hour with shift differential, in a role focused on resident care in a supportive home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Direct resident care responsibilities.
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Provides physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming to include bathing and toileting.
• Answers call lights in a timely manner and respond accordingly to the resident’s and/or family needs.
• Motivates and encourages resident involvement in activities.
• Assists residents.
