Wallick Senior Living in Toledo, OH is seeking a Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver to provide direct resident care during a 11pm-7am shift at Oakleaf Village, 4220 North Holland Sylvania Rd. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Organized and self-motivated to do a great job for our residents.
• CPR Certified; Nurse Aide Certification is a plus but not required.
• Effective communication skills to interact with coworkers, residents, family members and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Previous experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Provide physical resident care including bathing and toileting.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident/family needs.
• Motivate and encourage resident involvement in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining room, and other functions.
• Lift, turn, and reposition residents as needed.
