Responsibilities

• Provides services to persons who need help with day-to-day activities.
• Assists with health care tasks, personal hygiene, and related support.
• Assists with transfers and ambulation.
• Performs incidental household services as part of a care plan.
• Provides companionship and encourages self-care activities.
