Home Care Solutions LLC in Madison, GA seeks a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to help clients with daily living activities at home. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and provide companionship, while monitoring health and coordinating with supervisors.

Applicants with PCA/CNA experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred; CPR/First Aid is a plus. Background check and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, home health aide, or caregiver preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support as needed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being.
• Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
• Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
