Job summary

A&C Private Home Care in Georgia is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes. You will assist with daily activities, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, meals, errands, and mobility, helping clients stay independent with dignity.

CPR certification and TB test are required or must be obtained before start. Prior home-care experience is a plus, but we train and support you.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (Preferred)
Flexible schedule availability
Ability to manage and organize clients' routines effectively
Ability to assist with personal hygiene, meals, and errands

Responsibilities

Provide immobile, recovering, or frail clients with support, company and comfort.
Report changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to relevant parties.
Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, bathroom visits, dressing and brushing teeth.
Engage clients in activities such as games, walks, or conversations.
Perform basic housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, meals.
Assist with household finances, bills, and errands.
Accompany clients to medical appointments and arrange transportation.
Provide mobility support with walking aids and wheelchairs.
Maintain a hygienic, tidy, and safe environment.
