Job summary

Circle of Life Hospice is seeking caring, dependable caregivers to support clients in Fayetteville, AR. You will help with companionship, daily activities, and non-medical tasks, while enjoying flexible PRN scheduling and growth opportunities.

Starting pay is $16.50/hour with weekend differential, plus education assistance and health insurance for eligible employees. Prior caregiving experience is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have valid and current driver's license or access to reliable transportation.
• Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care including respite care and companionship.
• Assist with meal preparation, transportation, and activities of daily living.
• Support clients with mobility and daily routines as needed.
• Coordinate with clients and families to ensure comfort and safety.
