Circle of Life Personal Care in Northwest Arkansas is hiring caregivers for PRN roles that flex around your class schedule. If you’re enrolled in a CNA or PCA program or pursuing a healthcare career, you can gain meaningful hands-on experience caring for clients in their homes.

Starting pay is $16.50/hour with a weekend differential; we offer education assistance up to $2,500 annually, CNA/PCA certification support, paid time off for eligible staff, and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and supervision.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Transport to appointments and events.
• Run errands and shop for clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Support recreational activities and exercise.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Perform other duties based on client needs.
