Job summary

A Daughter's Love Private Home Care, LLC in Georgia seeks a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to support clients with daily living activities and help maintain their independence. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal prep, reminders, light housekeeping and companionship.

This role requires compassion, patience, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Experience working in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and empathy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift or transfer clients if needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Standard motor vehicle report and proof of car insurance.
• A physical and TB test results.
• PCA or CNA Certification or must take PCA test with agency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor safety.
