Zusammenfassung

Southern Hearts Homecare of Georgia inc is seeking a proactive Personal Care Assistant to support clients in daily living activities, enabling safety and comfort at home. You will assist with hygiene, meals, mobility, and companionship, while following each client’s plan of care and maintaining accurate documentation.

We value compassionate, reliable individuals with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

Previous PCA or caregiving experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
CPR and First Aid certifications required; TB test current.

Aufgaben

Assist clients with activities of daily living.
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
Provide medication reminders.
Prepare meals according to clients’ needs and preferences.
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean environment.
Provide companionship and support.
Assist with mobility and transfers; follow care plans.
Document services accurately and report changes.
