Job summary

Eminence Home Care is seeking Personal Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes in New Hampshire. You will help with daily living activities, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and companionship with compassionate care.

Requirements include passing a pre-employment physical and TB test, references, and the ability to travel up to 30 minutes. Must be 18+, communicate in English, and have reliable transportation.

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with light housekeeping.
• Run errands as needed.
