Job summary

Eminence Home Care is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team in New Hampshire. You will support clients at home with daily activities, mobility, meals, and medication reminders, while providing companionship and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Verification of professional references.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with preparing meals and feeding.
• Provide medication reminders to help clients stay on schedule.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with light housekeeping.
• Run errands as needed.
