Job summary

Eminence Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to support clients in their homes in New Hampshire. As a PCA, you will help with daily living activities, provide companionship, and promote independence.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, meal prep, and light housekeeping, with a pay range of $19–$22 per hour based on experience. We offer PTO, sign-on bonus, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must provide proof of immunizations and a negative TB test.
• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support mobility and transfers to ensure comfort and safety.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
