Job summary

NFI North, Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our Nashua Community Residential Program (CRP) team. You will support participants with daily living tasks, basic hygiene, and medication reminders in a five-bed residential setting, under RN oversight.

Responsibilities include helping with mobility, documenting progress, and providing a caring presence. A healthcare background and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and provide compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic domestic services (meal prep, laundry, light housework).
• Assist with mobility, daily activities, and medication reminders.
• Support personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Document participants’ progress and wellbeing; communicate needs.
