Job summary

Careon Home Care Llc is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCA) / Home Care Aides to support clients in their South Carolina homes. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments, delivering compassionate, reliable care.

We offer flexible shifts (full-time, part-time, per-diem), competitive hourly pay ($12-$14), and training plus opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Care Aide or similar role preferred.
• Compassionate and caring attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to think and work independently, with direction from a team leader or supervisors.
• Ability to document PCA activities and observations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transfers.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Promote a safe environment by removing safety barriers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
