Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Rochester is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide/Caregiver to help seniors live safely at home in Rochester, MN. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and support independence in a home-care setting.

Preferred CNA or HHA certification, six months of healthcare experience, CPR, and a valid MN driver’s license. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for online training and CEUs.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Valid MN driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meals, shopping, transportation, companionship).
• Monitor client condition, document observations, and notify a supervisor of concerns.
• Create a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
