ComForCare Home Health Care in Waconia, MN is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support clients with daily living activities and companionship. You will follow care plans, maintain dignity and confidentiality, and work with a caring, professional team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Help with meal preparation and planning according to dietary needs.
• Monitor and record clients' health and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments and activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and ensure client confidentiality and dignity.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
