ComForCare Home Health Care in Waconia, MN is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate in-home support. You will assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, meal planning, and health monitoring, while maintaining dignity and privacy in their homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving certification preferred.
• Experience in personal care or home health care is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, emptying catheters and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Help with meal preparation and planning according to dietary needs.
• Monitor and record clients' health and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments and activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and ensure client confidentiality and dignity.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
