Job summary

Benevolent Hearts Home Care seeks compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCA) in the Fort Worth area. This role offers full-time or part-time hours with flexible shift options to fit your life. You will support clients with daily living tasks, mobility, meals, and companionship in their homes.

Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and dedicated to preserving client dignity and safety. Training is provided, and the position offers opportunities for advancement in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a PCA, caregiver, HHA, or CNA is a plus, but training is provided.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow infection-control protocols.
• Friendly, respectful communication and a commitment to client dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing and safe transfers.
• Assist mobility and therapeutic exercises as directed by clinicians.
• Plan and prepare simple, balanced meals; monitor hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer meaningful companionship through conversation and activities; accompany clients to appointments.
• Run errands and assist with transportation to community activities.
