University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides to provide essential support and care to our clients in Petersburg, MI. You will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

Experience in personal care or caregiving is a plus.
Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
Clear background check and valid driver’s license is a plus.
Willingness to complete training and certifications.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
Help with mobility and transferring clients safely.
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain clean living environments.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisors.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
