Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or similar role preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with light housekeeping and errands as needed.
