CareBuilders at Home is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to assist clients with daily activities in home settings. Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, with an emphasis on safety and dignity.

The role requires attentive observation, physical capability, and a genuine interest in helping people, offering a meaningful impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Comply with CareBuilders at Home policies and procedures.
• Proven work experience as a personal care aide.
• Training in personal care aide duties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming and medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, dishwashing, and changing bed linens
• Transporting and accompanying clients to doctors office or to hospital
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs
• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment
• Assist with client’s exercise and outdoor activities
• Help clients with physical therapy exercises
• Plan and prepare meals
