Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required; training for medication administration provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Administer medications to residents who are not self-administering, following facility-provided training.
• Support residents during mealtimes and help create a positive dining experience.
• Provide compassionate companionship and foster meaningful resident relationships.
