Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support patients with daily hygiene, nutrition, and at-home tasks. You will provide compassionate companionship and help coordinate appointments with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities such as bathing and grooming.
• Help patients with daily living tasks such as light housekeeping, shopping, meals and grocery shopping.
• Provide companionship and conversation to patients.
• Help patient navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team.
