Qualifications

• 6 months of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes about a patient.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, nutrition).
• Help with daily living tasks (light housekeeping, shopping, meals).
• Provide companionship and conversation to patients.
• Help patients navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to nursing team.
