Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living per the plan of care.
• Follow department policies, safety rules, and infection control policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to Heritage policy.
• Drive Heritage vehicle for errands or other uses as directed.
• Participate in in-service training and orientation.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
