Job summary

Caremed Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides (CNA/Nursing Assistant) to provide in-home support across Appomattox, Campbell, Charlotte, Halifax, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg counties and Lynchburg City.

Jobs available: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN with hourly pay from $12.77 to $16.50. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, housekeeping, companionship, and medication reminders while following care plans and documenting visits.

Qualifications

• Current PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass required background screenings; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide mobility, ambulation, and transfer support.
• Assist with toileting and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and social engagement.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Follow client-care plans and complete documentation.
