Job summary

HCRS in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a Peer Support Advocate to provide one-on-one and group peer support within the Healthworks ACT program. You will work with participants who are experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity, helping them engage with services and set goals.

Responsibilities include developing ACT team services, facilitating peer networks, and ensuring participant involvement in decisions about their life and care.

Qualifications

• Experience connecting with people served by this program.
• Experience in peer support or related work.
• Ability to give honest and compassionate feedback.

Responsibilities
