AdventHealth in Sebring, FL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team. You will prepare rooms, welcome new admissions, and assist with transfers and daily living activities while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include documenting vitals, notes, and specimen handling; coordinating with nurses and physicians; and maintaining clean, safe environments during night and weekend shifts. prior healthcare teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent is required.
• Basic Life Support CPR is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares rooms for new admissions and orients patients.
• Transports patients with assistance as needed.
• Maintains patient safety and proper lifting techniques.
• Documents vital signs, intake/output, weights per policy.
• Collects and labels specimens for lab analysis.
• Responds to patient calls and addresses needs.
• Maintains accurate patient records and unit census.
• Acts as liaison among patients, families, staff and medical personnel.
