Job summary

The Magnolia in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. You will work closely with nursing staff to monitor health and assist with mobility, meals, and hygiene.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of caregiving experience; CPR/First Aid preferred. The role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of PCA/CNA training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of personal care or healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
• Monitor health and report changes to nursing staff.

• Maintain safe, clean living areas and follow safety protocols.
