Field Pointe Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents with daily activities in a warm, home-like setting. You will help with ADLs, provide emotional support, and collaborate with a caring team to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus — training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity.
• Monitor safety and observe changes in condition; document care and changes.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and caregivers regarding resident needs.
• Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Maintain resident privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
