Reflections Retirement Community in McHenry, IL is seeking a compassionate, part-time care assistant to support residents with activities of daily living while preserving dignity and respect.

You will connect with residents and their families in a caring, meaningful way; participate in education seminars and staff meetings; comply with privacy rules; and perform other duties as assigned to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provides compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through their activities of daily living
• Connects with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Complies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Performs any other duties as assigned
