National Home HealthCare is seeking Caregivers/PCA/HHA/CNA professionals to support clients in the Twin Cities area (St. Paul, Roseville, Maplewood, Woodbury, Oakdale). We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible schedules, ideal for students or those seeking supplemental work.

Pay ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, with higher rates for more hours or travel to multiple clients. Office HQ located in Oakdale, MN.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as personal care assistant (Preferred).
• Committed to health & safety.
• Able to do housework and cooking.
• Well-organized and reliable.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A positive and compassionate attitude.
• Strong ethics.
• Physical stamina.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Negative TB screening results (within the last 12 months).
• Must be able to pass a background check with DHS.

Responsibilities

• Support clients who can’t move on their own.
• Help clients dress, bathe, eat, etc.
• Cook meals according to the customer’s restrictions.
• Help customers with their shopping.
• Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
• Provide emotional support.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
