Wallick Senior Living is hiring Personal Care Assistants to provide direct resident care in The Ashford on Broad in Columbus, OH. Shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am, with pay at $16/hour plus shift differential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification is required; Nurse Aide certification a plus but not required.
• Effective communication with residents, families and coworkers.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and hygiene.
• Respond to call lights promptly and address resident/family needs.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and events.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining, and other functions.
• Assist with mobility and positioning as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
